Tai Tapu Section Sold
A building site of 1 rood 24.8 perches in Tai Tapu was sold at public auction yesterday for £350.
The section, close to the Tai Tapu Post Office, has a frontage of 100.05 links and a depth of 402.8 links. It was offered on account of the estate of the late Robert Bailey.
