TV Writers In U.S. End Strike
(Rec. 10 p.m.) BEVERLEY HILLS (California).
June 20. The Writers’ Guild of America last night overwhelmingly voted to end officially a strike against major studios making television films and 16 members of the Alliance of Television Producers. The guild had been on strike since January 16 and had earlier settled the strike with the Association of Motion Picture Producers.
