Busy Day Ends Week On Stock Exchange
The week finished briskly on the Christchurch Stock Exchange yesterday with prices mainly steady. Reid Murray, Transport Nelson and Donaghy’s Rope rights were the only advances.
Largest sales of the day were Commercial Bank of Australia (17s), National Mortgage B (10s) and R. and E. Tingey (10s 9d). Al> were unchanged on recent sales.
A.M.1., Ballins Industries, c.d., 8.H.P., Clyde Industries and McKenzies were easier.
