GLOBEMASTER VISIT
Arrival On Sunday
Supplies for the United States Antarctic base at Harewood will arrive by a United States Air Force Globemaster at 10 a.m. on Sunday. It will leave on return to South Carolina at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. On board the aircraft will be Lieutenant --Commander R. E. Cross, assistant chief of staff and communications officer to RearAdmiral D. Tyree, and Colonel D. R. Bridges, commander of the United States Air Force task unit last season. Colonel Bridges will make a survey of facilities at Harewood for next season’s Antarctic operations.
