LONDON, June 17. One of the most senior men in the Soviet hierarchy, Mr Anastas Mikoyan (above) has apparently been reduced in rank, says the “Dally Telegraph” today. The Soviet press had ceased to refer to him as a First Deputy Prime Minister.
