OBSERVANCE OF ANZAC DAY
N.Z.R.S.A. Rejects Suggested Change (New Zealand Press .Association) WELLINGTON, June 15. The observance of Anzac Day will continue in its present form. An Upper Hutt remit “That the solemn observance of Anzac Day be confined to the forenoon,” was defeated by an overwhelming majority when put to the vote at today’s session of the N.Z.R.S.A. conference.
