New Lighting System In Waitomo Caves
(New Zealand Press Association) TE KUITI, June 15. A lighting system which cost £14,000 to install in the three Waitomo caves was officially switched on today by the general manager of the Tourist Department (Mr R. W. Marshall). The installation has taken over a year, with many experiments to secure the best effects.
