Boat In Garage

A boat which was being towed along a Waikato road on a trailer came adrift from its towing vehicle and garaged itself in the Waikino Hotel. For a while the runaway boat followed the truck down the street, miraculously avoiding cars. At the end of the street it veered Sharply to the street it came snugly to rest, only slightly damaged, in the hotel garage. The truck driver did not notice that the boat was missing until he had travelled some distance. He eventually found it in the hotel garage after looking in the river.
