Farmers’ Cooperative Assn, of Canty., Ltd., have been instructed by The N.Z. Insurance Co., Ltd., as executors of the estates of MURIEL BEATRICE SHARP and ANNA MARIA SHARP, to offer the Lansdowne Farm by Public Auction on July 1 at 2.30 p.m., in the National Mortgage and Agency Co.’s Land Sale Room, situated 187-189 Cashel street.

This property will be first offered as a whole, and will comprise Lot 1. Situated at Halswell and comprising 112 acres divided into 11 paddocks with good post, wire and gorse fences. There is water in every paddock supplied by artesian wells, troughs and stream.
