June 1, 1960, Christchurch. 9323 LYTTELTON BOROUGH COUNCIL An application has been received from the Shell Oil (New Zealand), Ltd., asking that the present licence authorising that Company to construct a tramway along Godley quay and Cyrus Williams quay, in the Borough of Lyttelton, be revoked and that a fresh licence be granted authorising that Company to construct tramways along Charlotte Jane quay, Cyrus Williams quay, and Godley quay, in the Borough of Lyttelton.

A plan of the proposed tramways may be Inspected in the Borough Council Offices, Sumner road, Lyttelton, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays. The above application and any objections received thereto will be considered 'at a meeting of the Lyttelton Borough Council to be held on Monday. June 27. 1960.
