Basketball New Zealand Trials This Week-End
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 3.
Thirty-four young women, the best of the country's thousands of basketball players, will be in Wellington this week-end to seek a place in the 10-strong New Zealand team to make a 12 match tour of Australia between August 4 and September 3. There will be trials tomorrow and on Monday. The team is expected to be announced almost immediately after the final trial.
