Sir,—On May 28 you printed an editorial entitled “Who Understands the Public Accounts?” which ended by saying, “We should all know then where we were going economically. Now no-one knows.” Very interesting, indeed, for four days earlier you wrote an editorial on the public accounts. Does this mean that Mr Watts.
