Injured Man Dies In Hospital
(New Zealand Press Association) NAPIER, June 1.
A passenger who received a severe neck injury when a car struck a parked vehicle on Marine parade. Napier, early on Sunday, died in Napier Hospital today. He was:
Kenneth Herbert Cheer, of 148 Charles street, Westshore, aged 48.
Mr Cheer was one of four persons taken to hospital by a St. John ambulance after the accident. The other three were treated and .discharged. All were passengers in a small car, driven by Keith Roma Hepburn, a 53-year-old waterside worker, of 30 Raffles street, Napier.
