DEVELOPMENTS IN THE ARMY
Radio Broadcasts This Week The Chief of the General Staff, Major-General Sir Stephen Weir, will comment on certain aspects of the newly-reorganised Army in a broadcast over national and commercial stations tomorrow at 6.50 p.m. General Weir will deal in his broadcast with developments in both the Regular Force and the Territorial Force during the last year.
On Thursday night a broadcast over the same stations will be made by the Director of Recruiting, Colonel H. J. G. Low, who will speak on the progress made with recruiting for the Regular Force and the Territorial Force in the New Army’s first year. The time for this broadcast is also 6.50 p.m.
