Research experience is essential and the necessary time and facilities to continue his work will be assured to the successful applicant. Research is currently being undertaken in the general fields of neurophysiology, cardiopulmonary physiology and endocrinology. The salary for a Senior Lecturer is within the range £2200-80-£2600 per annum, plus cost of living adjustments (at present £34 p.a.) and will be subject to deductions under the State Superannuation Act. (The current scale of salaries Is at present under review.) The commencing salary will be fixed according to the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.
