ST. ALBANS BRANCH OF LABOUR PARTY
Officers elected at the annual meeting of the St. Albans interbranch council of the New Zealand Labour Party were:—President. Mr W. S. B. Good; vicepresident, Mr J. Quickenden-secretary-treasurer, Mr D. J. Jelly; organiser, Mr Good, It was reported that a women’s branch had been formed in the electorate with the following officers:—President, Mrs N. G. Pickering; vice-president, Mrs I. R. Stace; secretary, Mrs M. M. Tyler; treasurer, Mrs M. Buller; executive, Mesdames Bradburn, Johnson, Coppard, Rowland and McKendry; delegate to Labour Representation Committee, Mrs Pickering; delegates to interbranch council, Mesdames Coppard, Buller, Rowland and Tyler.
