Pedestrian Crossing.— Flash in g lights are favoured by the Automobile Association, Canterbury, as being the ,best method of identifying pedestrian crossings. The association to recommend to the Christchurch City Council that consideration be given to the progressive installation of such lights at city pedestrian crossings.
