Caramel Kisses
Ingredients: * I tin condensed milk 1 cup raisins 1 cup dates 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons cocoa Crushed wine biscuits Coconut Method: Cover tin of milk with water and cook for 3 hours. Combine cooked condensed milk with, chopped dates and raisins, cocoa, vanilla and sufficient crushed biscuit crumbs to make a firm mixture. Roll small pieces into balls, roll in coconut and leave on a paper to set. Tinned shrimps are a great help when there is a luncheon party in prospect. Whether they make a colourful note on the canape tray, star as a most delectable shrimp cocktail or provide inspiration for the main dish, shrimps are attractive, delicious and popular. Here they combine with rice and toasted cashew nuts to make a delightful dish.
