PLEASANT POINT STOCK SALE

Drop In Values For Fat Cattle (From Our Own Reporter) PLEASANT POINT, April 12. About 60 head of fat cattle yarded at the Pleasant Point stock sale today met with a sluggish demand, and values were difficult to keep up to those of recent sales. There was an average yarding of fat sheep, including a number of pens of quality wethers. The demand for these was keen, but fat ewes eased slightly on last week’s rates. The store sheep section consisted of ewe and wether lambs, breeding ewes, and two-tooth wethers. The inquiry was buoyant and an excellent sale resulted.
