ARCHERY CLUB’S TITLES
Shooting with precision In the Christchurch Archery Club's field shoot championship, the intermedi. ate, V. Menrath, won the intermediate title with 538 points, five points higher than the senior champion. The men’s senior championship was won by R. Smales, who was second at the New Zealand field championshipa at Gisborne in January. The women's title was won by Mrs D. Browne. Mrs Browne, it in her second season at archery, and it was a meritorious performance. Results:— Men.—R. Smales, 533 points, 1; J. Kyle, 411. 2; F. Dickinson, 402, 3. women.—Mrs D. Browne, 145 points, 1; Mrs E. Dickinson. 140. 2: Mrs W. Kyle, 133. 3. Intermediate.—V. Menrath, 538 points, 1; L. Holstein, 372, 3; K. Wilson. 350. 4. Junior.—P. Torrance, 215 points, 1; K. Dickinson, 206. 2; P. Croucher. 203. 3.
