TRAP SHOOTING
Easter Event At Yaldhurst Forty-four shooters took part In the Christchurch Gun Club’s Easter, shoot at Yaldhurst on Saturday in good conditions. The first 10 target handicap resulted In 11 scoring possibles. After the shoot-off, competitors finished in the following order to take the 10 prizes: J. Dillon, I. Smith, M. Foster, I. Streeter, A. W. Fraser, P. Crossley, K. Busch, C. W. Stott, A. Berry, and J. Berry. , There were 13 possibles scored In the second 10-target handicap. Those taking prizes in the following order after a shoot-off, were:— S. R. Marston, A. Tomson, L. J. Eden, A. W. Fraser, I. Streeter, J. Berry, J. C. Streeter, L. G. Baldock, A. Berry, and A. J. Lancaster. The following shot possibles In the third event, a 10-target sweep:— C. Tallott, S. R. Marston, T. Everett, A. W. Fraser, T. Gebbie, P. Tuuta. F. C. Ridgen, C. J. Halzard, J. Gilmore, K. Busch, J. Dillon, B. Thwaites, and W. H. Chalmers. C. W. Stott won the double rise event with a score of 18 out of 20. S. R. Marston, J. C. Streeter, and I. Smith scored 17. On 16 were D. H. Nicholas, J. Gilmore, T. Harrison, and S. Geddes.
