ACCIDENT AT ADDINGTON

* No Careless

Driving »No evidence of careless driving Was found at an inauiry into the accident involving four fftirses in the Williams Handicap at Addington on Saturday. The accident occurred about dhe furlong and a half after the start. A report from the stipendiary stewards said that Captain Sar. R. W. Curtain and D. D. Nyhan, it was decided to let the placings stand. Alter the President’s Handicap. W. K. Tatterson, trainer of Gav Baron, was fined £5 for an unauthorised change of gear.
