Marked Interest
Interest is being shown overseas in the Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association’s centennial show in 1962. Recently the secretary (Mr H. Studholme) wrote to the Suffolk Sheep Society in England inquiring whether any of its official Judges would be interested in visiting New Zealand at the time of the show and Judging in the section. The reply from the secretary of the society was that not one but five members of the judging panel were interested in officiating at Christchurch. Subject to the association’s approval the society will decide in October next year the judge for the section.
