Stunner And Redcliffs Art Club
The newly-formed Art Club of Sumner and Redcliffs recently held its first open exhibition of members' work. Nearly 160 persons attended the afternoon and evening sessions in the Presbyterian Hall, Sumner. The evening programme opened with a talk by Mr Paul Pascoe. This was followed by coloured slides of South Island scenery shown by Mrs E. R. Parkes, wife of the club’s president.
