THE SOUTH BRIGHTON COMMUNITY CENTRE, which is nearing completion. Of 6250 square feet, the centre contains a hall capable of holding about 360 couples for dancing, a smaller social hall, a kitchen, a library, a sports store, and a hobbies and handicraft section. Much of the work on the building, which began in November, 1958, has been carried out by volunteers.
