Sir, —When the monotonous signs, “Temporarily closed,” are obliterated from two of the six telephone cabinets alongside the busy Post Office Savings Bank in Hereford street, an essential public service will be fully restored and departmental revenue automatically enhanced.—Yours, etc., HUMBLE HARRY.
