PUBLIC NOTICES AIR SERVICES LICENSING AUTHORITY NOTICE OF SITTING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public sitting of the Air Services Licensing Authority will be held in the City Council Chambers, Palmerston North, at the time stated for the purpose of determining the application described in the Schedule hereunder. Any person or organisation wishing to object to or support the application is directed to give notice thereof to me and to the parties concerned at least three clear days prior to the date of sitting. A notice of the objection must state therein in general terms the grounds of objection. SCHEDULE AT 10 A.M. on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 1960—an application for renewal of Air Service Licence No. 206 by MESSRS FIELDAIR, LTD., P.O. Box 369. Gisborne. Air Service Licence No. 206 at present authorises:— (a) Taxi and Charter Services from Gisborne to anywhere in New Zealand with one DH Beaver and one Auster aircraft. (b) Aerial Topdressing Services from any licensed aerodrome or authorised place contained within the areas described as follows: (i) With one DH 82 and 3 Beaver aircraft—throughout that part of the Auckland Provincial District east of a general line running from Opotiki south to Waikaremoana, thence south to the northern boundary of the Hawke's Bay Provincial District: the Hawke’s Bay Provincial District. (il) With two Beaver aircraft —that part of the Wellington Provincial District east of the Tararua and Rimutaka Ranges. (lil) With two Lodestar aircraft:— 1. Throughout that part of the Auckland Provincial District east of a general line running ■from Opotiki south to Waikaremoana, thence south to the northern boundary of the Hawke’s Bay Provincial District: that part of the Hawke’s Bay Provincial District north of a line running eastwest through Napier Airfield. 2. Throughout that part of the Hawke’s Bay Provincial District south of a line running eastwest through Napier Airfield, and that part of the Wellington Provincial District east of the Tararua and Rimutaka Ranges provided that operations in the areas so described are restricted to contracts with clients for whom the licence holder had provided aerial topdressing services during the year ended March 31, 1957, with other aii-craft of the licence holders authorised fleet.)
