(N.Z Press Association MELBOURNE, January 20. The murder of a Polish businessman. Stanislaus Kaska, aged 35, was carefully planned for robbery, Inspector Keith Hubbard, prosecuting, told the Melbourne Court today. Kaska was a prosperous retailer of furniture and electrical goods in the Melbourne suburb of Sunshine. Before the Court was Otto Mayr, aged 37, process worker, of West Footscray, charged with having murdered Kaska on or about November 1, 1959. Mayr, an Austrian who came to Australia two years ago, is married, with two children-
