Adelaide News To Make Note Issue
News, Ltd., Adelaide, proposes to raise £500,000 by an issue of 7i per cent, registered unsecured notes. Currencies are six or 10 years. Funds are for the redemption of a £200,000 6 per cent, note issue, and for additional working capital, directors state. Ordinary and preference shareholders will have prior right to £lOO,OOO of the issue until February 2. A further £150,000 has been reserved for placement by the underwriting brokers.
