Japan Asks For Care
'Rec. 11.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 13. Japan asked Russia today to limit as much as possible its use of a section of the central Pacific Ocean as an impact area for space rocket tests. Japan also notified Moscow that it reserved the right to demand compensation for any losses suffered by Japan as a result of the Soviet tests. The area designated by Russia is a rich fishing ground in which Japanese fishermep operate.
