Gordon, professor of English at Victoria University, who will lead a New Zealand delegation to a meeting of educators from the eight S.E.A.T.O. countries in Bangkok from January 25 to February 7. The meeting will explore the conditions of higher education in South-east Asia, and will recommend bases for interuniversity co - operation. Among topics for discussion are the possibility of common university entrance requirements and teacher and student exchange.—(P.A.)
