CORNWELL CUP TRIALS
M. Robertson Wins Selection
The fourth and fifth races to select the Christchurch representative for the Cornwell Cup contest were sailed on the Estuary yesterday. M. Robertson, of the Mt. Pleasant Boating Club, will represent Christchurch at the contest, at Lyttelton In January. Results:—
Fourth race: Zest (M. Robertson) 1. Fury (B. Davies) 2. Fifth race: Zest (R. Davies) 1, Swift (M. Robertson) 2. The top point scorers were: Robertson 432 and Davies 398 The Estuary P class championship for the Celia trophy was sailed from the Mt. Pleasant club yesterday. Results:—
Puck (J. Rountree) 1, Bemardlne (L. McGrath) 2, Sparkey (B. de Thler) 3, Petite (T. Skelton) 4.
