ATOM TEST IN SAHARA
Blast May Be In February (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright} PARIS, December 2. The French President (General Charles de Gaulle) has given orders for the first French atomic bomb to be exploded before the Russian Prime Minister (Mr Nikita Khrushchev) visits France in March, the popular newspaper “Paris Jour” reported today. According to the newspaper, military experts working on the French nuclear project have promised the first test in the Sahara before March 1 and "more probably early in February.**
