THE UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION SENIOR LECTURER/LECTURER IN EDUCATION (CHILD PSYCHOLOGY) SENIOR LECTURER/LECTURER IN EDUCATION (SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY) APPLICATIONS are invited from suitably qualified psychologists for appointment to the above two vacancies. Experience in teaching at the primary or secondary level would be an advantage. The successful applicants may be called upon to participate in the teaching of courses in areas other than Child or Social Psychology and will be expected to participate in the research work of the School of Education. The salary for a Senior Lecturer is within the range £2200£2600 per annum, for a Lecturer £l5OO-£2lOO per annum. Annual increments are £BO per annum for Senior Lecturers, £9O per annum for Lecturers. The Senior Lecturer's duties will be chiefly with medical students and it is essential that he should be familiar with modern methods in clinical biochemistry. It is also desirable that he should hold a medical qualification. The salary range is £2200 per annum to £2600 per annum or, if medically qualified, £2300 per annum to £2850 per annum. Commencing salary will be fixed according to qualifications. Superannuation similar to F S S U in Great Britain will be provided.
