Conference On New Guinea
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) THE HAGUE, Dec. 2. A conference of Dutch and Australian officials will be held at the beginning of next year “to confirm and 'stimulate” existing co-operation in the administration of New Guinea, the Dutch Foreign Minister (Mr J. Luns) told Parliament today in a foreign policy memorandum. The Minister said the Papuan population was also being included in this co-operation, and Papuan leaders were taking an active part in the work of the South Pacific Commission conferences.
