Another Field Day
The second of the field days at Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. The morning session will be devoted to an inspection of research projects in veterinary science and animal husbandry, wool, lucerne, and agricultural economics. In the afternoon there will be three choices open to visitors. They may visit the Crop Research Division for a session on cereals, attend a horticultural session, or go on a tour of the college farms on which there will be special demonstrations on the Border Leicester-Romney cross, creep feeding of lafnbs, wheat growing, manuring of wheat, Argentine stem . weevil, pastures, dairy cattle, dairy farm management and forage harvesters. “It looks now that, to avoid
