IN PASSING
In Wardour street, London, most of the film companies have their head offices in England, and there many films are edited and titled for the local market. In Wardour street the Christchurch practice of putting dustbins out at night -is followed. Two goats found their way to Wardour street, and Into the dustbins. Each emerged with a mouthful of the street’s celluloid product. After some chewing, one said to the other: “What is yours like?” “Not bad, and yours?” “O.K.—but not as good as the book.”
