Drowned Man Identified
MELBOURNE, November 20. The body of a man mistakenly buried at Ballarat Cemetery 16 days ago was identified positively today as that of Frederick John Hazell, an old-age pensioner, formerly of suburban Windsor. The body was exhumed late yesterday. Mr Hazell’s body was found in the Yarra river on October 31. Several days later he was “identified” as Norman John Howard and buried at Ballarat
