Missing Woman’s Body Found In Tree

(New Zealand Press Association) DANNEVIRKE, Nov. 19. The body of Mrs Alison Herbert, of Mount William, Ti Tree Point, was found at 10.45 a.m. today by Detective-Sergeant Jenson and Constable Monroe. The body was found up a tree near Mrs Herbert’s home about the height of a telephone post crossbar, where it is believed she had climbed to clear branches in contact with the telephone line. She had a saw in her hand. It is believed that death was due to natural causes.
