North Canterbury Success North Canterbury had a good win against Suburban in the first of the Junior Cup cricket series concluded at Dudley Park, Rangiora, yesterday. Needing 155 runs in its second innings to avoid an outright defeat Suburban was all out for 87, adding only 47 to its overnight score. North Canterbury, with a first innings score of 214, won by an innings and 68 runs. The only batsmen who offered any resistance to the North Canterbury bowling were K. Tucker 23, R Hooper 18, and P.
