Comfortable Shoes Suggested
Wear your oldest and most comfortable shoes to the show today, is the advice of members of the St. John Ambulance Brigade, after treating numerous blistered heels yesterday. Following closely on the blistered heels were complaints of headache, earache, grit in the eye, and bleeding noses. The most serious cases for the first aid contingent were a little girl who burnt her hand trying to prevent a flask full of hot tea from spilling, and an elderly woman who fainted.
The few lost children at the show were cared for and soon claimed by anxious parents after their descriptions had been broadcast.
