Soviet Note On Germany
(Rec 11.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, November 12. Russia today handed Britain a Note dealing with the German question. It is to be published tomorrow and no details were available today. The Note, the first on the German question since the relaxation of cold war tension begun by Mr Khrushchev’s visit to the United States, has also gone to Britain and France.
