Methodist Minister Ordained
(New Zeaiana Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 8. Miss Phyllis Myra Guthardt, of Christchurch, was today ordained as a minister of the Methodist Church. She was one of 14 candidates ordained for the ministry in the Wesley church, Taranaki street, Wellington. The others were: Messrs G. R. W. Bell (Bluff), O. F. Christian (Inglewood), F. J. Climo (Featherston), J. F. Cropp (Auckland), W. J. Henderson (Waipawa), H. W. Kitchingham (Kaeo), E. R. Lewis (Taita), J. C. F. Mabon (Wellington), F. D. Peterson (Foxton), C. E. Roke (Hamilton), and K. H. Russell (Hokitika), I, J. Fowler (Apiti), R. J. Hamlin (Auckland).
