, movements in business recorded yesterday oy the Christchurch Stock Exchange were variable. Gains were made by Dalgety, Dominion Fertiliser, Forest Products, Whakatane, and Woolworths.

• Bank, Felt and Textiles (Australia), Mosgiel Woollen, Colonial Sugar, Email, Reid Murray and okellerup preference changed hands at lower prices.

„ Jn Auckland business, N.Z. Insurance and South British Insurance made substantial gains.
