Accidental Death.— An inquest into the death of Jennie Dalzell, aged 61, wso was found dead in her bed at her home in Ashgrove terrace on August 3, was completed before the district Coroner (Mr E. B. E. Taylor) in the Christchurch Coroner’s Court on Friday. She was found to have died accidentally of barbiturate poisoning.
