Shareholders Accept Offer From Pye
(Neu Zeulano Press Association/ WELLINGTON, Sept. 25. Sufficient acceptances of the offer by Pye, Ltd., to purchase the shares of Radio Corporation of N.Z., Ltd., have been received to enable the takeover to proceed.
This was announced today by Mr W. H. Nankervis, chairman of Radio Corporation. Shareholders would be advised at an early date of the procedure to be adopted, he said.
