“Vice Kings” In South Africa
PRETORIA, September 17.
The South African Minister of Justice (Mr Charles Swart) said today that some of the most notorious “vice kings” and prostitutes of London and other cities had come to the union, and were organising vice dens in Johantiesburg and other cities Mr Swart told the Nationalist Party’s congress in Pretoria that these people were following a procedure which “made it . almost impossible for police to prosecute them,” American Associated Press reported.
