(Rec. '7 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 29. Wolverhampton Wanderers, the English first division Soccer champions/ lost their 100 per cent, record today when they were surprisingly held to a 3-3 draw by Arsenal in a hectic game at Wolverhampton.
