Thefts From Motor-Cars
Thefts from four parked cars were reported to the Christchurch Criminal Investigation Eranch during the week-end. Pipe tongs and a spanner valued at £2 15s were taken from a car in Oxford terrace. Wheel assemblies valued at £4 and £3 were removed from two cars parked in Olliviers road and a further wheel assembly, valued at £4. was taken from a car in Barbadoes street. The make of car was the same in each case.
A double-breasted reefer jacket, valued at £lO, was stolen from a car parked at Kerr's Reach.
