Of the total of more than 11.000 holders owning £13.980.000 worth of stock. 5759 holders converted £9.047.000 or 65 per cent., said the Minister of Finance <Mr Nord- ■ meyer) today when he announced I the result of the recent conversion J offer of 3? per cent. 1959 stock. | “There was a considerable num- , ber of small investors involved ■ in the conversion, many of whom I chose to accept repayment rather ! than conversion,” said the Minii ster.
